About the Role

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and event success? The Actuate Foundation is looking for a dynamic Independent Contractor to spearhead sponsorship and exhibition space sales for the highly anticipated Actuate Boston Summit, happening in November 2025.

This flexible, remote opportunity is your chance to play a vital role in shaping the success of this prestigious event by connecting with industry leaders and securing top-tier sponsors and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential sponsors and exhibitors eager to be part of the Actuate Boston Summit.

• Close deals for sponsorships and exhibition space, representing the Actuate Foundation with professionalism.

• Uphold  foundation’s mission and values while building long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sponsorship or exhibition sales with exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a remote, commission-based environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage potential sponsors and exhibitors.

• Proficiency in lead management, tracking sales progress, and achieving independent targets.

• Familiarity with event sponsorships or exhibitions is an added advantage.

Compensation Details

• Earn a competitive 10% commission on the total revenue from sponsorship and exhibition space sales you secure.

• Commissions will be paid within 30 days of receipt of payment from sponsors or exhibitors.

Other Details

• This is a flexible, independent contractor role, not an employment position.

• You will be responsible for your taxes, statutory contributions, and insurance.

• Professionalism and confidentiality are paramount as you’ll manage sensitive information.
