Women's Workshop

The Women’s Workshop is designed to explore the intersection of women’s economic health and emerging technologies such as blockchain, DeFi, and AI. This workshop is centered on how women, as key custodians of health in their communities, can harness these technologies to strengthen their economic standing, improve access to resources, and drive forward sustainable development in health and human well-being. It will offer a platform for women to learn, collaborate, and create solutions that integrate these powerful tools into their lives and businesses.

This workshop is critical because women play a pivotal role in "One Health," a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health. By empowering women with knowledge of blockchain, decentralized finance, and artificial intelligence, we open up opportunities for them to lead change in healthcare access, financial inclusion, and community-based health solutions. In many developing regions, women are the backbone of local economies, and equipping them with these technologies is essential for transforming both individual and collective economic health.

The 4-day process will follow a creative journey:

Day 1-3: Creative Exploration and Innovation Participants will engage in group discussions, and

collaborative workshops to:

• Learn how blockchain, DeFi, and AI technologies can be utilized by women to enhance their economic independence and contribute to their communities.

• Explore use cases where these technologies have already empowered women, improving healthcare delivery, financial access, and entrepreneurship.

• Discuss challenges, such as the digital divide and access to education, and propose solutions to ensure women are not left behind in the digital revolution.

• Develop innovative strategies for women to take charge of their economic and social health, leveraging technology to address real-world challenges.

These discussions will be guided by keynote speeches from industry leaders, followed by presentations and dialogue on successful models of women’s leadership in technology.

Day 4: Outcomes and Implementation On the final day, participants will:

• Present actionable solutions, whether they are technology-driven products, programs, or business models, that address the unique needs of women.

• Form collaborations, networks, or organizations that will champion these ideas and bring them to life in their communities.

• Explore potential partnerships with stakeholders to scale their solutions and ensure

sustainability.
