Through the combined expertise and resources of Actuate and the Kenyan Red Cross Society, participants benefit from comprehensive mental health education and support initiatives.
The program's innovative design, which includes in-person seminars and online lessons, is further enriched by the expertise and outreach capabilities of the Kenyan Red Cross Society.

In-person seminars, held monthly on college campuses from 4:00 pm to 6:15 pm, provide opportunities for participants to engage in interactive workshops and expert presentations facilitated by both organizations.

Additionally, online lessons, conducted every Wednesday from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, offer a platform for participants to delve deeper into mental health concepts and strategies with guidance from Actuate and the Kenyan Red Cross Society.

By leveraging the strengths of both organizations, the program extends its impact beyond individual participants to communities across Kenya. Through collaborative efforts in stigma reduction, access improvement, and community engagement, Actuate and the Kenyan Red Cross Society work together to foster a supportive environment for mental health awareness and advocacy.

This partnership exemplifies Actuate's commitment to forging alliances with local organizations to address pressing healthcare challenges and promote holistic well-being.
